Overall everything I tried was delicious. The beef especially in the Ropa con Papa was well made and had an abundance of flavor. Cafe with Ron was stronger than I expected and I’d definitely recommend that you try one.
Great restaurant with tasty food! We had lunch inside and were seated and served quickly despite the restaurant being very busy. I ordered a tuna (atun) sandwich and it was delicious. The indoor seating area can get a little loud, but otherwise this is a great eatery.
One of the best sandwich places in the city! I had the jerk chicken sandwich: tender, flavorful and delicious. Generous toppings and perfectly pressed bread. The tostones were crisp and savory with a zesty chimichurri, and the black beans and rice were a great side staple. Service was lovely, atmosphere was great. Even with a line of people waiting to be seated, we had a spot in less than ten minutes. Also, they have $5 mimosas till 4pm! They have multiple locations, definitely a local business worth supporting!
Cafecito is my new favorite restaurant. I ordered the Pollo Chimichurri with black beans and white rice. It was perfect!! The flavors brought back so many happy memories. I can't wait to return to order more amazing entrees. Mucho gusto Cafecito.
I ordered the café de leche pancakes and I was not expecting to be so impressed by how incredible they were. The texture was amazing they were clearly made of air and angel whispers. So light, so soft. And the sauce was the perfect sweetness. Not sticky, sugary, sickly sweet, but the perfect complimentary taste. Hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever had.
Everything was delicious! Nice little spot for take out or sit down. The food came out quickly and was all hot and fresh. The cocktails were also tasty.
Loved this place! Price was reasonable and food was AMAIZING. 10/10 recommended. It was so good that we went twice in our short trip to Chicago. We had here their brunch and lunch in different days. Everything was great!
Wonderful pressed breakfast sandwich!! I had eggs, cheese, & bacon, & my hubby has the steak one. They were delicious! Very friendly staff and comfortable seating. They also have a counter for grab and go items. ????
great food for an insanely reasonable price downtown, and genuinely tasty coffee! I tried the cafe con leche and my partner had the cortado and both were perfect (also the jerk chicken sandwich isn’t too spicy at all)
I got the GuavaQ pork platter and it was everything I could’ve dreamed. God I love Cuban food. Coffee was phenom as well!
